FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Training

Get your FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) certificate with SGS. FSPCA Preventive Controls for Animal Food Training

Completing this course, which is based on the FDA’s standard curriculum, will allow you to become a certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). The PCQI plays an essential role within a food processing facility and is responsible for developing and implementing FSMA preventive controls.

The course is aimed at those who prepare and reanalyze food safety plans, validate preventive controls, review records and perform other appropriate food-related activities.
